Dr. Jiang completed her PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the University of Washington. Her training and research experience has three main focuses: (1) drug pricing and reimbursement policy, (2) pharmacoeconomic analysis of therapeutics and diagnostics, and (3) clinical trial designs and real-world evidence. Before joining Propel Bio Partners, Dr. Jiang was a Venture Capital Associate at Kendall Capital Partners where she evaluated early-stage biotech startups. Dr. Jiang also had internship experience at Merck, Illumina, and BioMarin Pharmaceuticals as a Health Economist and a Data Scientist, and was a Business Development Fellow of Genentech/Nucleate. Dr. Jiang earned her Bachelors’ degree from Peking University and Master of Public Health from Columbia University.
